Sharon Hull has been studying yoga for 15 years and teaching regular classes since June 2003. Her classes reflect her dedication and knowledge of the discipline. You will always be assured of a warm and enthusiastic welcome, at every class, and will leave feeling revitalised in both body and mind.
"The success of Yoga does not lie in the ability of how well we can perform the postures, but in how it positively changes the way we live our lives and our relationships."
