Our Restaurant

Our menu style allows us to continue with our sustainable ethos, sourcing only the best local ingredients with reduced food waste and offers excellent value for money and the chance to try different dishes that you may not otherwise have tried.

The 4 course menu is £56.00 pp, includes a daily amuse course and a selection of starter small plates to share, with a choice of main courses and delectable desserts. There are options for extra courses, Coffee and Chocolates to finish.

The Salty Monk's restaurant is light and airy with views of our award-winning gardens in East Devon. Our restaurant has held 2 AA rosettes for the past 18 years but no longer affiliate to them due to ongoing costs. and The Good Food Guide gave us a cooking score of five. We pride ourselves on using only the finest, freshest and, wherever possible, organic ingredients sourced from the West Country, even the Cornish Sea Salt! We believe that it is important to know not only the origin of all our food but the welfare of our meat and fish so we try to only use small, artisan and independent suppliers.
