Prices are per person based on two people sharing with our award-winning Breakfast.

A booking deposit of £50 per person is required which is non refundable in the event of cancellation (see Cancellation Policy). Provisional bookings are held for seven days.
During these difficult Covid-19 times we have had to alter our min stay to 2 nights, this is because of the vast amount of deep cleaning and sterilising of the room, there may be an occasion when there is a single night gap already, so it is worth contacting us to check if you really cannot enjoy a second night.
Low season rates are available 1st November to 1st March. Low season rates are not available at Christmas and New Year.
Provisional reservations are held for 1 week. We reserve the right to cancel a booking without liability on our part in any event beyond our control. In such a circumstance we would return the deposit without further liability.
Account to be settled on departure. We accept Debit & Credit Cards, Visa, Mastercard. We regret to inform you that we are unable to accept Amex.
If you cancel your reservation within four weeks of your arrival, there will be a cancellation charge if we are unable to re-let the booking in full. If we are able to fully re-let your accommodation there will be no cancellation charge and your deposit will be refunded. If we do not re-let your reservation in full your deposit will be forfeited and there may be a further cancellation charge of up to 66% of the anticipated charges. Cancellation Insurance is strongly advised.
All prices quoted are subject to alteration without notice, and include VAT at 20%
Immediate occupancy cannot be guaranteed before 3.00pm on the day of arrival. Please let us know if you intend to arrive after 9.30pm. Rooms need to be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure unless alternative arrangements have been made.
