For The Salty Monk our kitchen being sustainable is central to our ethos. We are passionate about the quality of produce used from small-scale artisan producers who share our commitment to traditional farming methods, animal welfare and fair trade. Seasonality is key to our daily changing menu where everything is made on the premises.
