The Salty Monk's restaurant is light and airy with views of our award-winning gardens in East Devon. Our restaurant has held two AA Rosettes for the last eight years and The Good Food Guide gave us a cooking score of five. We pride ourselves on using only the finest, freshest and, wherever possible, organic ingredients sourced from the West Country, even the Cornish Sea Salt! We believe that it is important to know not only the origin of all our food but the welfare of our meat and fish so we try to only use small, artisan and independent suppliers.
